Acceptance

By using Astrolith, you accept these terms. The app is an astrology interpretation tool for entertainment and self-reflection; it is not a definite prediction of any event or outcome.

On first launch you confirm three things: that you understand the app does not predict the future, that you are 18 or older, and that you accept these terms. The date of your confirmation and the version of the text are stored on your device. If the terms change in a significant way, you are asked again.

You do not need to create an account; every feature works without signing in. The optional account is only for the encrypted backup, sync across devices and adding friends. If you lose both your backup password and your recovery code, we cannot open your encrypted cloud data either. This follows from the fact that we cannot read your data at all.

Subscriptions

Astrolith+ is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Both renew automatically.

The actual price, currency and any local taxes are always read from the store you use (App Store or Google Play); prices shown in the app are for reference only.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. The payment method on your App Store or Google Play account is charged.

To stop a renewal, cancel in your device's store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. On iOS, go to Settings > your Apple Account name > Subscriptions. On Android, go to the Google Play app > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. There is no separate cancellation in the app; you always cancel through the store.

When you cancel, your Astrolith+ access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; there is no partial refund for the remaining days.

Price changes

Subscription prices may change over time. If a price changes, the store's rules require that you are told in advance. The new price applies from a later renewal, only after you agree or after the notice period the store sets has passed.

Refunds

All payments and refund requests are handled through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies and decisions, not ours. For a refund, contact the store you bought from directly.

7-day free trial

When you first install the app and finish onboarding (the first setup flow), all Astrolith+ features open on your device for 7 days. No card details are requested for this trial, no subscription is started, and nothing is created in the store that would need canceling. The trial can be used once per device; deleting and reinstalling the app or clearing its data does not restart it.

When the trial ends, only the Astrolith+ screens close. These are the full calendar with void-of-course Moon times, the Detailed and Expert levels, the archive of past readings, Year Calendar, the relationship chart and "You two today". Memory insights and the paid parts of the Matrix and Numbers pages close as well. Adding more than 2 people by hand and extra profiles close too. To use them again, you can subscribe in Settings.

All free features (the Today screen, up to 2 people added by hand and any friends added with a code, journal writing, notifications, settings) keep working after the trial ends. Nothing you created during the trial (profiles, journal entries, day logs, learning data) is deleted or locked. The trial only decides which screens are open; it does not affect your data.

Prohibited use and intellectual property

Reverse engineering, redistributing or copying the app for commercial purposes is prohibited unless expressly permitted. The app's content (text, design, images) belongs to Astrolith; the licenses of open source components are listed in a separate section.

Limitation of liability

Astrolith is an astrology interpretation tool. It does not give professional advice on health, legal or financial matters and does not replace decisions in these areas. Nothing in the app is a definite prediction of an event; it is written in the language of tendency and possibility.

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

If you violate these terms, we may limit your use of the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. As described under "Deletion" in the privacy policy, this also deletes the data on your device.

If you created the optional account, deleting the app does not delete the account. You can delete your account and all your encrypted cloud data at any time under You > Settings > "Account and cloud". If you have a subscription, cancel it separately in the store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes

These terms are effective as of 15 October 2026. If they change, the new version date is shown in the app.
